I have been responsible for a broad range of e-marketing from SEM to e-mail and blogs to the development of full e-commerce websites for new businesses. Below are three examples.

E-Commerce- PurestockX

PurestockX was a new photography subscription service that we were launching. Working closely with the design team I developed both the website and a full launch campaign with email, SEM and direct mail. The approach with was simple and direct, establishing the value proposition immediately and using the introductory offer to add urgency to the call to action.

The color scheme is bold and distinctive and ran through all PureStockX promotions as can be seen with the direct mail we developed for launch.

E-Commerce- SuperStock Royalty Free Store

In this example, I developed "stores" for key areas of the collection that had clear revenue potential that was not being realized through the main site. The 'store' allowed the collections to be clearly identified and promoted. The impact on sales was dramatic, in the case of the Royalty Free Store, sales increased by 30% in the first quarter after launch.

Community Building- Digital Railroad Home and Blog Pages

In this example, Digital Railroad was building a strong reputation amongst photographers as the innovator in technology solutions, providing individual photographers with a sales and marketing platform to rival those of major agencies. This site was designed to leverage and build upon that, creating a venue for photographers to showcase their work, and share their success stories.

The Blog page (below) was designed to showcase individual members' work. There was a weekly newsletter to round up what was new in the blogs and an RSS feed to allow the community to be posted immediately on features of interest. In addition the blog page generated success stories that we successfully spun off to become printed case studies which were added to the sales team's product folders.

Below are examples of case studies spun off from the blog page illustrating different facets of the technology platform and how they worked for the DRR members showcased.
